Who We Hire: Clinical Roles With A Purpose
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) & Physician Assistants (PAs)
As a frontline clinician, you’ll work autonomously to assess, treat, and document wound care plans in home or facility settings. Our model allows you to
practice at the top of your license while receiving backend support from our administrative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing wound assessments and debridement
- Developing treatment plans aligned with The Blue Sun Way (our 9-step care model)
- Collaborating with facility staff and home health agencies
- Accurate and timely documentation using EMR
- Patient and family education
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Support wound care providers in delivering consistent, high-quality care. Whether you're assisting with documentation, dressing changes, or follow-ups, RNs are vital to our continuity of care strategy.
Clinical Coordinators & Operations Specialists
Behind every great visit is a great system. Help us stay organized, efficient, and compliant—ensuring our patients receive timely care, and our clinicians can focus on healing.
